Do you sell ‘Gift Cards’? I'm having trouble on what to get for my friends.
Gift Cards store a certain value of credits. A Gift Card comes as a series of codes that you can send to a friend as a gift. Where are your products manufactured from?
Our apparel line-up is mainly manufactured in Malaysia. All apparel is fully customised with good quality of fabric, and also the cutting that fit our audiences well..
How should I take care of the products?
Care instructions vary amongst apparel of different materials. A ‘Care Instructions’ label is attached to every product. Hence a tip for you to maximize the life of your purchases is to follow the instructions closely. :).

What is the difference between ‘In-stock’ & ‘Pre-order’ items?
‘In-stock’ means the products are available to be sent out within 1 - 3 working days. ‘Pre-order’ means the product is in the process of production. ‘Pre-order’ products will be stated with a ‘Pre-order end date’ & ‘Estimated Date to ship’..
Can I add both the ‘In-stock’ & ‘Pre-order’ products to the same cart?
Yes. Please note that we’ll only ship out all the products once the pre-order items are available..

What if the items that I received have defects or are not the items that I have ordered?
If the items that you have received are of the wrong delivery, or damaged goods from the order, or have manufacturing defects, we’ll do our best to make things right by either providing you with a replacement or a full refund including the shipping cost. What payment methods do you offer?
With IPAY88, you may select your preferred mode of payment: If you are a local Malaysian - Paypal, Credit Cards, FPX local bank online transactions, & various e-wallets. If you are from Singapore - Paypal, Credit Cards or NETS QR Pay (e-wallet option) with your DBS / OCBC / UOB banking app. If you are from China - UnionPay Card (with international banking activated) AliPay will be available soon. Rest of the world - Paypal and Credit Cards .
What if I do not have any of the payment methods offered?
No worries, kindly contact us and we will work with you to derive an alternative solution that you are most comfortable with.
Is the payment method secure?

Do you ship to other country?
No. We do shipping to Malaysia only.
How is the shipping cost calculated? How long will it take to arrive?
Listed below are the Shipping Cost & Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for your reference:
• Delays might occur during festive periods and sales promotion periods.
• Strictly no order cancellations are accepted once the order is fulfilled.

For Peninsular Malaysia
- Flat Rate MYR 6 per order or Free Shipping with MYR 200 spent.
- ETA 3 - 5 working days

For Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan.
- Flat Rate MYR 13.50 at 1KG, +RM8 for every additional KG per order.
- ETA 7 - 14 working days
Will I be charged extra by the custom for import duty (Outside of Malaysia)?
Most likely but it depends on the trade regulations on import duty which differs for every country. Hence, we recommend you to check out this Duty Calculator for an estimate of the charges on your order. Do note that we do not accept any pre-payments or request to cover your imported duties.
