How to place an order?

 Visit our store and refer to the product interested you. Choose the quantity option, click the button to add to your shopping cart, go to ‘Cart’ & ‘Check-out’ after you have confirmed the order. 


How can I check my order status?

‘Order Status’ will be updated and notifications will be sent to the customers from time to time. You may check the order status through ‘My Account’ page at the ‘My order’ section.

Can I change my shipping address?

How do I make payment for my order?

You may make payment through various of method provided by the store:

‘IPAY88’, our current payment partner accept both ‘Local Bank Transfer’ & ‘Credit Cards’ payment methods to meet your preference. For ‘Local Bank Transfer’, you can make the payment through one of the major local online banking account thru our payment partner. This means, you are paying us with your online banking account through ‘IPAY88’. For ‘Credit Cards’ option, you can make payment with your valid credit card, through our payment partner as well.

Is the payment method secure?

Yes, definitely secure.

Is there any additional charges if I pay online?

No. You will pay based on the amount stated during check-out.

Should I pay for ‘Pre-order’ item before the release date?



How can I receive my order?

For domestic (Malaysia) orders, choose ‘Local Delivery” for a local carrier service for delivery, please refer to our location at the contact page. 

When can I receive the item I ordered?

For Pre-order items:
A pre-order ending date will be given, this means we start the production from that date.
A shipping date will be given as well, that is the date we get you orders ready for shipping.
(The cart system allow only ONE pre-order items per ONE check-out.)

For In-stock Items:
3 to 5 days to prepare your orders to be shipped.

For Customisation Items:
14 to 21 days to prepare your orders to be shipped.

After the shipment is sent, based on the destination, the estimated duration to receive the order listed below:
For domestic (Malaysia) orders, 2 to 3 days to arrive.

(delay may occur due to custom clearance process.)

How are the shipment charges?

For  West Malaysia, the shipping rate will be RM8 / per KG  and additional RM2 for each KG.   For East Malaysia, the shipping rate will be RM12 / per KG with additional RM10 for each KG . Free Shipping comes with minimum RM200 purchased.

We are charging based on weight & destination, to calculate the shipment cost, add the items to cart and checkout to preview.

What if the item I received isn’t what I ordered?
